Manager List is a live sales closing tool for freelancers that enables real-time proposal creation and negotiation. The Service includes proposal building, live link sharing, client management, and signature capture capabilities for record-keeping purposes.

The Service captures client signatures with timestamps for record-keeping purposes. These signatures serve as a record of agreement between you and your client, but Manager List does not currently provide legally binding contract functionality. You are responsible for establishing any additional legal agreements with your clients as needed for your business.
You retain ownership of the proposals, services, and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service itself, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Manager List and protected by intellectual property laws.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive to keep Manager List available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manager List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us at support@managerlist.com and we'll work to resolve it. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, United States.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
